Terms of Service

Last updated 24 August 2026

These terms govern your use of https://brevyn.com. By using this website you accept them. They apply to the website only — the Brevyn product is licensed separately under its own agreement.

1. About us

This website is operated by Brevyn, based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at hello@brevyn.com.

2. This site is informational

Everything on this website is provided for general information about our company and what we are building. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a contract, or a commitment to deliver any particular feature by any particular date.

Nothing on this website is legal advice. We build software for legal professionals; we do not practise law and we do not provide legal services. Do not rely on anything here as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.

3. Forward-looking statements

Brevyn is an early-stage company. Our products are described on this site as they are being designed, and are marked accordingly where they have not yet been released. Descriptions of planned capability are statements of intent, not guarantees. Features, timelines and pricing may change.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use this site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or by automated scraping that places unreasonable load on it;
  • submit false, abusive, or deliberately misleading information through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

5. Do not send us confidential material

Please do not send privileged, confidential or client-identifying material through the contact form or by unsolicited email. Contacting us does not create a professional, advisory or confidential relationship, and we cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential.

6. Intellectual property

The Brevyn name, logo, brand, site design, text and graphics are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, adapt or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

Where this site links to other websites, those links are for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
